Tui Na

Tui na is an ancient healing art in Chinese medicine massage that combines acupressure and rhythmic compressions along the meridian channels. Tui na massage reduces pain, promotes healing and the flow of Qi (energy/life force), removing energetic blockages. Tui na helps bring balance and harmony to the mind and body.

Thai

Thai an ancient healing modality that originated in Thailand. Thai massage is highly influenced by Ayurvedic medicine (India) and Traditional Chinese medicine. The therapist use hands, legs and feet. The techniques applied are deep compressions, joint mobilization, yoga stretches and acupressure techniques.  Thai massage relieves pain, removes blockages, balances/revives energy and increases range of motion.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu originated in Japan. Shiatsu is influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Shiatsu uses the fingers, thumbs and palms. Pressure is applied to different parts of the body to promote healing and free flow of energy.  Shiatsu relieves stress, decreases pain and helps overall health.

Swedish

Relaxes the entire body. Decreases pain, improves circulation, increases oxygen to the blood and improves body movement.

Reflexology

Pressure to specific points on the hands, feet and ear to promote healing.
